Affectionately called The Ed, this was the closet pub to our caravan park and we were stoked that they were able to fit us in on their busiest night of the year! The venue first opened in 1869 and was constructed from stone gathered from the Brownhill Creek Valley – where our camp was set up!
We sat at the bar and ate our BARGAIN $12 parmi and pint of Coopers while chatting with a great fellow in serious Christmas celebration-mode. Dinner was delicious and afterwards, we went out back for some fresh air and were greeted with a beautiful bar, dining area and gorgeous beer garden adorned with grape vines.
If we lived in Adelaide, then this place would be our local!
